- Election Notification to be uploaded on IRIA Website Election Page = on or before 1stOctober 2026.
- Last date of receipt of nominations through email along with nomination Fee = 8thOctober 2026, 05.00 pm.
- The Physical copy should reach to IRIA HQ by 14th October 2026. If physical copy of nomination is not received by 14th October 2026, then these shall be deemed to be invalid.
- Scrutiny of nominations by Election Committee = on or before 10thOctober 2026.
- Confirmation of nominations to the Candidates = on or before 10thOctober 2026.
- Last date of withdrawal by the Candidates = 15thOctober 2026, by 5.00 pm.
- E-voting period = 00 AM of the first Saturday of the November month (7th Nov. 2026) and shall end on the second Friday of the November month (13thNov. 2026) at 05.00 PM.
- Counting of Votes and announcement of election results: Saturday, 14th November 2026 at IRIA House, New Delhi.
- Declaration of election results in CCM = Sunday, 15th November 2026.
