The Social Security Scheme is purely designed on brotherhood/sisterhood basis and we try to help the family members of IRIA on event of death of member. Any Life/Provisional Life Member of IRIA upto age of 60 years, residing in India, is eligible to become a member of this Scheme.

This Scheme is very beneficial in case there is untimely demise of any member. At present, a sum of Rs 14 lakhs (approx.) is given as DFC (death fraternity contribution) to the nominee of the deceased member. This enables members to help their own colleagues’ family in their difficult time.
