The World Health Organization (WHO), Geneva, has requested Dr. Hemant Patel, Past President IRIA to propose applicants and share the announcement for the pilot World Health Organization (WHO) Scholar Level 1 course on radiation risk communication to improve benefit-risk dialogue in paediatric imaging.
This program will be of immense help those who are involved in Pediatric Imaging in India. For resident doctors this course will be of great help and they will also get certificate from WHO.
Online application link and details are as follows. Your application does not confirm your birth for this Pilot Project because only selected only selected applicants will receive notification and a Letter of Acceptance by e-mail from WHO before the course starts on 22 March 2021.

This peer learning course is intended to support effective use and application of the WHO guidance Communicating radiation risks in paediatric imaging: Information to support healthcare discussions about benefit and risk
It is primarily targeted at health-care providers who refer pediatric patients for radiological imaging or who perform radiological imaging in paediatric patients. Medical and dental school students, as well as those belonging to other academic and research institutions, may also apply.
