Instructions

The elections of office bearers of IRIA and ICRI would be conducted through e-voting system and only the Emeritus Members who do not register for e-voting shall cast their vote through physical ballot paper system.

The voters, who have already registered for e-voting need not register again. The eligible voters, who have not registered before should register, and the new eligible voters, can register in e-voting system from 16th to 30th September 2022.

If voters, other than Emeritus Members, do not register for e-voting, they would not be sent physical ballot papers. So, kindly register for e-voting as there will not be any physical ballot papers for the Life Members, who do not register for e-voting.

Voter Eligibility Criteria

As per Constitution, the Life Members, who are enrolled up to 30th June 2021, are the eligible voters to vote in the election of the office bearers of the association to be held this year.

The Provisional Life Members, who are enrolled on before 30th June 2021, and converted to Life Member on before 30th June 2022, would be eligible to vote in this election

Link for your consent to register for e-voting at your registered email id or mobile number (SMS):

1. You will get email / SMS containing the IRIA eVote consent registration link.

2. When you click on this link, a page will be shown containing your details.

3. There will be checkbox below, which you need to click and submit the form to give your consent.

4. After you submit your consent form, you will get the OTP on your registered email address and/or mobile number.

5. Enter the OTP and submit the form to register your consent for eVoting.

6. Please note that the link which you will receive in your registered email id or SMS is specially created for you only. Please do not share it with other members.

If you have not received the link in your registered email id or mobile number (SMS):

 

1. Click on the link iria.evote.co.in and enter your IRIA membership number / Folio number.

2. After submitting the membership number and captcha, a page will be shown containing your details.

3. There will be checkbox below, which you need to click and submit the form to give your consent to register for e-voting.

4. After you submit your consent form, you will get the OTP at your registered email address and/or mobile number.

5. Enter the OTP and submit the form to register your consent for eVoting.

  • Registration of e-voters = The voters, who have already registered for e-voting need not register again. The eligible voters, who have not registered before should register, and the new eligible voters, can register in e-voting system from 16th to 30th September 2022.
  • Election Notification shall be uploaded on IRIA Website – on or before 1st October.
  • Last date of receipt of nomination through email at iriaelection@gmail.com along with nomination fee = 8th October, 05.00 pm.
  • Last date of receipt of physical copy of nomination: 14th October. Physical copy of the nomination received after the said date shall not be considered and his/her nomination shall deem to be invalid.
  • Scrutiny of nominations by Election Committee = On or before 10th October.
    Confirmation of nominations to the Candidates = 10th October.
  • Last date of withdrawal by the Candidates = 15th October by 05.00 pm.
  • E-voting period = 10.00 am of 1st Saturday of November (5th Nov. 2022) to 05.00 pm of second Friday of November (11th Nov. 2022).
  • Last Date of sending physical ballot papers to Emeritus Members, who have not registered for e-voting = on or before 20th October.
  • Last date of receipt of Ballot Papers = second Friday of November by 05.00 pm (11th Nov.)

The counting of votes meeting shall be held on the Second Saturday of November month (12th November 2022) followed by the November Central Council Meeting on the Second Sunday of November month (13th November 2022).
